Who handles your information

Information and purpose
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, company and message. The Chinese form requires a phone number and accepts an optional work email; the English form requires a work email and does not collect a phone number. We also collect the submission time, page language and your consent record. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and coordinate follow-up. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Service providers and storage
The website uses Sealos hosting and Feishu Bitable for enquiry management. Authorized staff handle enquiries and assign follow-up. Our planned production hosting region is Guangzhou, mainland China. If you contact us from another country or region, your information will be transmitted to our server and processed through our enterprise Feishu service. Actual Feishu storage arrangements follow our enterprise service configuration. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Retention
We retain enquiry information for one year from submission, then delete it from the website inbox and the connected Feishu enquiry table. If deletion fails, it is retried and flagged for administrator handling. Backup copies follow the backup rotation schedule and are not used for routine follow-up. Restored backups must be checked for expired records before returning to service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing contact@ox-sense.com.cn. We may reasonably verify your identity before handling a request. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may prevent us from continuing the enquiry. You can also contact us directly by email without using the form.
Cookies and technical records
The site uses cookies needed for language preferences and administrator login. Servers and delivery services may process technical records such as IP address, request time and error information to operate and protect the site. These are not written into the customer enquiry table.
Updates
